For a little Viking princess (a sweet nickname aptly chosen because of her Nordic descent!), a Bohemian-inspired baby shower theme seemed very fitting!

Using a combination of earthy tones, pinks, creams, and whites with rich golden accents, our team conceptualised and styled an intimate outdoor High Tea celebration in the lush gardens of a private home.
Each guest received a personalised floral crown

The Boho-inspired styling and design incorporated on-trend grass woven placemats, name place settings and welcome baby signs in dye-cut gold acrylic and printed acrylic menus with a floral pattern emulating the floral arrangements on the table and High Tea display.
The beautiful floral table compositions and floral crowns incorporated Bianca’s favourite flowers, King Proteas and intoxicatingly scented garden roses. The dreamy, soft colour palette gently complemented the earthy tones of the placemats and raw wood table.

Knowing that Bianca is a food connoisseur, I enlisted the excellent team from Table Seven to create a bespoke High Tea menu for this auspicious occasion!
Custom-designed menus
The sumptuous menu, which included a mixture of savoury and sweet treats, included delectable items like hummus with cashew nuts, sultanas, and parsley served with rosemary and sea salt lavash crudités and Bruschetta with tomato, Romesco, and feta!
I am drooling, thinking of these dishes’ delicious and complimentary flavours!
The sweet treats included Death by Chocolate profiteroles and mini Carrot cakes with cream cheese icing, which was heavenly!

Moments to cherish
A very thoughtful and fun Baby Shower favour was a bottle of Kloovenburg Brut Rosé with a thank you card that read, “Pop this when she Pops!” It was a delightful and lovely gift from the Mom-to-Be.
