The Manor House: A Haven of Quiet Luxury
The day began at the iconic La Roche Manor House, its neoclassical façade mirroring refined European grandeur with a distinctly South African warmth.
Inside, soft natural light filtered through tall arched windows, illuminating the bridal party as they prepared for the day in serene, beautifully furnished suites. The bride — poised, timeless and effortlessly chic — was surrounded by her closest friends, their laughter drifting through the pillared balconies overlooking the estate. The Manor House offered the perfect blend of grace and generosity of space: a peaceful retreat where anticipation unfolded gently and every moment felt unhurried.

Wedding Ceremony – The Floating Chapel Surrounded by Water
Few places are as captivating as the floating chapel at La Roche — an architectural gem set in the heart of a tranquil lake. Guests crossed the long stone pathway as mountains rose in the distance, creating a cinematic sense of arrival.
Inside the glass-arched doors, the ceremony space was adorned with opulent floral compositions in a palette of soft corals, blush pinks, warm creams, and vivid shades of peach and tangerine. These blooms, sculptural and expressive, framed the couple against the gentle shimmer of the lake.
The setting felt almost suspended in time — intimate yet grand, deeply romantic yet strikingly modern.

Each reception table was named after a city they cherish: destinations woven into the fabric of their relationship, from first holidays to unforgettable milestones. Elegant calligraphy, bespoke stationery, and subtle aviation-themed touches created a refined travel motif that felt personal, elevated, and irresistibly charming.
Festival Hall: A Wedding Reception That Took Everyone’s Breath Away
The celebration continued in La Roche’s impressive Festival Hall — a space that blends modern minimalism with classical influence. Boutique Events transformed this architectural canvas into a lavish dreamscape.
Heavy draping softened the double-volume ceilings, creating a sense of intimacy within grandeur. Neoclassical chandeliers glowed warmly above, casting a romantic golden light across long dining tables dressed in luxurious linens and delicate detailing.
Inside the Festival Hall
The florals — abundant, textural, and artfully curated — spilled across the room in shades of pink, coral, cream and soft orange. Their sculptural shapes and generous arrangements added depth and movement, turning the hall into a botanical masterpiece.
Every detail worked in harmony: refined tableware, chic stationery, ambient candlelight, and curated décor that spoke quietly yet unmistakably of luxury.
